Paul Jays products are made with carefully selected materials and should be handled with care for longer product life. Each item will ship with an insert that details suggested care information. Back-Order items are products that are currently out of stock and not immediately available.

Estimated time frames will be noted on the product detail page and may take several weeks, potentially arriving sooner or later than estimated. You may always return an item or cancel your Back-Order based on our Online Return Policy, and you will only be charged at the time of shipment. Shipping

Basic answers and recommendations to common issues regarding shipping of your Paul Jays item for both Domestic and International delivery.

At this time, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes not included in the final price at checkout. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities.

If you've received an email stating your package has been delivered, but your package isn't at your door, please check around the outside of your home (front/back porch, side/back door, garage area, bushes) as well as double-checking your mailbox to make sure it isn't wedged in the back or out of sight. Please also check in with your neighbors, roommates, doorman, or apartment mailroom/front desk if they may have received it for you.

If the package doesn't turn up within the next 24 hours, please contact the shipping carrier and file a claim. Once you have filed a claim, please give them 48 hours to look into it for you. If your package has not been located within two business days you may reach out to us at customercare@pauljays.com with your claim number and we will do what we can to help.

We try our best to ship all packages within 1-2 business days of receipt of the order from our Los Angeles warehouse location (excluding weekends and holidays). Please allow up to 7 business days of additional processing time for orders placed during and after sales, as well as during seasonal launch periods. If you need to receive your order quickly, please select an expedited shipping option when checking out. All orders placed with expedited shipping will be prioritized and sent out the same day if the order is received before 12pm PST Monday-Friday.

All orders $1000 and over require a signature upon delivery.

We offer Domestic shipping options through USPS and FedEx. USPS offers ground options, these are not expedited or priority. FedEx will give you both expedited and ground options.

Shipping rates are calculated based on delivery method, location and carrier at checkout. Please add the items you'd like to your cart and then enter your shipping address at checkout to determine shipping cost. You do not have to provide any payment info in order to see the shipping cost.

Paul Jays currently ships Internationally to Australia, Canada, & UK.

We try our best to ship all packages within 1-2 business days of receipt of the order from our Los Angeles warehouse (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please allow up to 7 business days of additional processing time for orders placed during seasonal launch periods and holidays. If you need your order quickly, please select an expedited shipping option at check out.

Our shipping department is open Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m. PST.

International customers are responsible for paying duties and taxes levied by your government once the package enters your country. These fees are nonrefundable. At this time, we do not have the ability to estimate taxes and duties before delivery. Please check with your local customs website for more details. 

Returns

Our Return and Exchange policies, suggestions on initiating final and gift sales returns, and how to utilize our returns portal at returns.pauljays.com

Domestic Returns can be processed through returns.pauljays.com

Orders that were placed online as well as in store purchases can be processed on the return portal. If you are returning a store purchase, please select the "start with an email address" option.

All items must be in new and unworn condition with tags attached. We do not accept final sale items.

To initiate a return and to confirm if your items are eligible for a refund, please visit returns.pauljays.com and follow the below steps:

1. On the returns page, enter your 6 digit order number and zip code and select “start a return.” If you are returning a store purchase, select "start with an email address"

2. Select the items you’d like to return.

3. You will be directed to a confirmation page where you will have the option to "Return by Mail" to download and print your shipping label or you can select the "Scan & Go" option to drop off at USPS with a QR code. Present the QR code at the counter and they will take it from there, no packing slip required.

4. You will also get a refund confirmation email with the "Return By Mail" or the "Scan & Go" options.

5. Send the items being returned back within 30 days of your order date.

You will receive an email including an optional instant credit. Choosing to opt out of this credit can be done by not using it and your order will be refunded to the original form of payment. Return processing may take up to 7 business days and may experience delays during high volume periods. Please allow additional processing time for your bank to post the refund to your account.

Final Sale items will be indicated by text on the product page, the cart page, your order confirmation, and the packing slip you receive with your order. Thank you for understanding that we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges on final sale items.

We're happy to make return arrangements for items received as gifts (excluding Final Sale items).

Please reach out to us at customercare@pauljays.com to let us know you're returning a gift as well as your email address so we know who to send the gift card to. If you do not have the packing slip with the order number, please include the name of the person who purchased the gift for you so we can locate the order and process the return.
